American expert gave a lecture on sensors and navigation systems

On November 27, 2018, Moscow Aviation Institute held a lecture “Sensors and Navigation Systems for GNSS Degradation and Under Difficult Interference Conditions”, which was given by Dr. George Schmidt (USA), a well-known specialist in the field of aircraft control and navigation.

Hydroaviasalon - 2018: a rich and diverse program of MAI

From 6 to 9 September in Gelendzhik was held 12th international exhibition and scientific conference on hydroaviation “Hydroaviasalon – 2018”. Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) presented there a system for installing of float chassis for a hydroversion of L-410 aircraft, as well as its own drones, a small-size air-jet engine and a number of IT projects.
