Transfer to MAI

For transferring to MAI in term more than 3 weeks before after semester starts you have to submit following:

1. Send an email to int@mai.ru with your full name, specialization and semester for which you want to be enrolled, language of study (Russian or English)
2. Attached to email following documents:
   • Academic reference with official stamp in Russian
   • Scan of passport, visa, registration and migration card

You can apply for readmission of MAI students till 15 of January (spring semester till 15 of August (autumn semester). Students, who will send their applications after these dates will have an opportunity for readmission to the next semester.

1. To start readmission process you should send an email to int@mai.ru (For example: I, Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich want to study again in MAI. My phone number is: +7 905… I ask you to start the process of readmission)
2. In the letter you should send us:
   • application for readmission (in attachment), (сделать ссылку на файл)
   • scan of passport, visa, registration, migration card
   • academic reference with marks (if you haven’t it, please, mark it in the letter)
3. The faculty will decide if they can accept you and on which semester.
