Student of MAI helped people with disabilities to visit the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia
Nguyen Xuan Hoi, a student of MAI fr om Vietnam, made a great present to 4 people with disabilities fr om Rehabilitation Center "Preodolenie" of Moscow – tickets for the match Poland-Senegal of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.
“For me football – is life. I have been playing the game since childhood. I am not very good player but I really love it! Now I am studying at MAI, and I decided to make something for the country where I live and get an education. It is hard to get tickets for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia but much harder for people with disabilities. I decided to make them feel good and give an opportunity to enjoy the spectacular and professional football as fans at the stadium!”, - said Nguyen Xuan Hoi.
Nguyen Xuan Hoi is a third-year student of the Institute № 6 “Aerospace engineering” of MAI. He bought tickets to the match Poland-Senegal, which was held on June 19, at the Spartak Stadium in Moscow, for 8 persons: 4 people with disabilities and 4 accompanying nurses. To organize the meeting with people from Rehabilitation Center and to buy the tickets helped Olga Popkova, director of International Student Cultural Center (ISCC) of MAI.
Happy and satisfied young people enjoyed the football match all together, felt the cheerful spirit of international competition and understood what means to be a true fan of FIFA World Cup Russia 2018!

For us, there was a surprise to get such a gift from the student of Vietnam and the opportunity to get pleasure from the match. Nguyen Xuan Hoi is rooting for Russia and Argentina at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, plans to finish successfully his Bachelor’s degree program and enter Master program also at MAI. We wish a good luck to this kind, clever and great person!
