MAI graduate gets the position of Yandex CCO

Igor Bogachev, a graduate of the Moscow Aviation Institute, has become the new Yandex Chief Commercial Officer. The decree was signed on May 28.

The Commercial Department, headed by Bogachev, is part of the Search for Advertising Technologies business group. Prior to receiving a new position in Yandex, MAI graduate held the positions of SAP CIS CEO, executive director of Skolkovo, the information and computer technology cluster, and also headed the Digit company, simultaneously developing personal IT projects.

Bogachev graduated from MAI in 1994, becoming an economist. Subsequently, he defended his MBA degrees in marketing at MIRBIS and London Metropolitan University, confirming his high level of qualification in the management.
