MAI awarded diplomas to foreign graduates

Moscow Aviation Institute hosted the ceremony of awarding diplomas to foreign graduates of bachelor and master degree programs. In total, more than 350 foreigners got MAI diplomas this year.

This academic year, more than 1,700 foreign students from more than 80 countries mastered the educational programs of MAI. More than 190 of them have successfully completed bachelor's degree, more than 160 – master's degree. The most numerous groups among this year's graduates were citizens of China, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, South Africa. At the same time, the number of those who graduated from Russian-language and English-language programs turned out to be almost equal.

Most of the foreign graduates of MAI go to work in their specialty in large companies of their countries, for example COMAC and AECC in China. Some of them continue their postgraduate studies both at home and in Russia. The share of students who, after studying in an engineering specialty, go into the IT sphere is increasing, which allows them to become multitask experts.
