More than 20 MAI residents became participants of the "Engineers of the Future" International Industrial Forum
21 students from Moscow Aviation Institute became participants of the XI International Youth Industrial Forum "Engineers of the Future-2023". The forum was organized by the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia, the government of the Tula region, Rosmolodezh, the League for Assistance to Defense Enterprises.
The event takes place in the Tula region from June 23 to July 3. About 1,000 participants from 73 countries are expected to visit the site. The forum includes educational block and business program. 400 lectures and 80 panel discussions will be held for guests.
MAI team consists of students from nine countries, including Portugal, Maldives, Pakistan, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Ecuador, and India. They represent seven institutes: No. 1 "Aviation Engineering", No. 2 "Aircraft, Rocket Engines and Power Plants", No. 4 "Radioelectronics, Infocommunications and Information Security", No. 6 "Aerospace", No. 8 "Computer Science and Applied Mathematics", No. 10 "Foreign Languages", No. 11 "Materials Science and Technology of Materials".
MAI students will take part in the educational program at several faculties of the forum: aviation, aerospace, automotive, international cooperation, scientific and engineering, robotics, radio electronics and others. They will also speak at the XIII National Science and Technology Conference, which will be held on June 26 and 27. For example, Ekaterina Manosyeva, a student of the Institute No. 6 "Aerospace", will present a report at the conference on the use of an information and reference system for analyzing launches and development trends of Earth remote sensing spacecraft in the world in 2022.
– For me, participation in the forum is a great opportunity to present my work on our information and reference system. I count on a positive response to my project, because this database has been created for more than one year, and we update it regularly. I would like to involve as many colleagues and like-minded people as possible in the topic of remote sensing of the Earth for further joint work,” said Ekaterina Manosyeva.
In addition to educational and scientific programs, 200 cultural and sports events will be held for participants. MAI residents will also take part in some of them. Olga Semenova, a student of MAI Institute No. 10 "Foreign Languages", will represent Moscow Aviation Institute at the Miss Forum competition on June 27. MAI students also plan to participate in badminton, laser tag tournaments, the Fort Boyard game and other activities.
Forum "Engineers of the Future" is held annually for young leaders of structural divisions of industrial companies, engineers and technical specialists, students and graduate students of higher educational institutions, representatives of youth public organizations.
