MAI took part in Vietnam Expo international exhibition
From April 5 to 8, Moscow Aviation Institute showcased Russian education at the 32nd international trade exhibition Vietnam Expo-2023 in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Vietnam Expo-2023 is an exhibition and congress event, where the industry is represented broadly: from innovative developments to food products. The exhibition is a unique platform for showing new products and negotiating with trade partners.
Moscow Government Department of External Economic and International Relations organized joint exposition. The Moscow booth featured 10 leading companies, interested in entering the markets of Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Exhibitors of the Moscow booth work in the areas of information technology and security systems design, production of high-tech equipment, bank equipment, pharmaceuticals and cosmeceuticals equipment.
As part of the exhibition and congress forum, Moscow Aviation Institute took part in the working group aimed at creation of the Russian-Vietnamese Consortium of Technical Universities together with the Hanoi State University and Moscow Power Engineering Institute (National Research University).
As part of the business program of the forum, on April 7, 2023, Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, visited the booth of Moscow Aviation Institute. Moscow Aviation Institute representatives provided coverage of their successful work in Vietnam and shared plans how to strengthen partnerships between the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in educational area.
To the moment about 100 citizens of Vietnam are studying at MAI at all the educational levels – from undergraduate to postgraduate. The University cooperates closely not only with Vietnamese higher educational institutions, but also with the Ministry of Education of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. More than 400 natives of Vietnam graduated from MAI, and many of them hold leading positions in their country.
