MAI student won the first place at the international conference on personnel management

Alina Kazantseva, the student of Institute No. 5 "Economics and Management of High-Tech Industry", won the first place at the VIII International Scientific Student Conference "Human Resource Management in the Global World". The event was carried out remotely at Voronezh State University.

She presented the project on the topic "Formation of the well-being system of the organization's personnel."

– My topic is the implementation of a well-being system (a set of measures to improve the mental state of employees) in the organization. I wrote the bachelor's thesis on this topic and conducted research at the National Settlement Depository,” the winner said.
