MAI commencement ceremony: foreign graduates 2022 received their diplomas
On July 8, at the Almaz Orbital Station exposition, that is located at the premises of Moscow Aviation Institute, the commencement ceremony took place: foreign graduates of Russian-language bachelor's, specialist's and master's degree programs received their diplomas.
Alexander Ermakov, the acting vice-rector for academic affairs, opened the ceremony. 284 students from 40 countries, including China, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus and others, have successfully completed their studies at MAI this year. 64 of them graduated from the university with red diplomas, 42 of them are Russian-language programs graduates.
The directors of the institutes No. 1 "Aviation Technology", No. 2 "Aviation, Rocket Engines and Power Plants", No. 3 "Control Systems, Informatics and Electric Power", No. 4 "Radio Electronics, Infocommunications and Information Security", No. 6 "Aerospace", No. 11 "Materials Science and Technology of Materials" gave the diplomas to the MAI graduates 2022.
– You here, being linked with the synthesis of the new solutions, you are the creators yourselves, in fact. The future opens up new prospects for you, but the requirements for you to meet will be quite high. I would like to wish you to find harmony, which will allow you to develop, regularly expand the horizons of your knowledge at the interdisciplinary level and always remain at the forefront of science," Oleg Dolgov, director of the Institute No. 1 "Aviation Technology", addressed the graduates.
