Online exams for the foreign applicants launched in MAI

On June 20, Moscow Aviation Institute started online admission exams for the applicants from foreign countries.
The first exams were passed by a group of applicants from Ecuador, China, India, Bangladesh and South Korea, who were aiming at entering MAI Master's program in the following areas: "Aircraft Engineering", "Technical operation of aircraft and engines", "Aircraft engines", "Rocket systems and Cosmonautics".
The applicants received the exam assignments by personal mail right before the start of the exam, after which they prepared written answers for three hours. Throughout the exam, the commission from MAI monitored the progress of tasks and answered the questions in real time.
The admission of foreign applicants’ exams is carried out via VINTEO, Russian software, which is included in the unified register of the Ministry of Communications of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.
Technical support and administration of remote video examinations are carried out by the staff of the Resource Center for Scientific Research and Innovative Technologies of MAI.
