MAI hosted the Foreign Languages Poetry Festival

The Foreign Languages Poetry Festival was held at the Palace of Culture and Technology of Moscow Aviation Institute on May 17. The event, which has become traditional, is held annually on the eve of the summer session by MAI Institute No.10 "Foreign Languages".

Irina Anikeeva, Deputy Director of Institute No.10, greeted the audience and participants of the festival. After that, poems and songs in English, Spanish, Italian, German, French and Latin were performed by MAI students, and by the Peruvian singer, guitarist, composer, teacher of Institute No.10, the permanent participant and ideological inspirer of the festival, Lorenzo de Chosika.

“The festival has a long history and unites students from different MAI institutes, helping them fulfill their creative potential and motivating them to study foreign languages,” said Irina Anikeeva. “Teachers of the Institute of Foreign Languages are very happy to help students prepare for it. I hope this tradition will have a long life.”
