91st Anniversary of Moscow Aviation Institute
Throughout its history, MAI has remained the premier aerospace university in our country. Over the decades, the University has trained more than 175,000 highly qualified specialists who have made an invaluable contribution to the development of the aerospace industry. Hundreds of MAI graduates became general and chief designers, heads of research and design organisations, the pride of our university. Today MAI is involved in all major aviation projects in Russia. The university implements integrated educational programmes and creates new technologies in the field of aircraft and space rocket engineering, unmanned aerial vehicles, propulsion and power plants, mathematical modelling, artificial intelligence, high-tech product-service systems, additive technologies and composite materials, robotics, supersonic and others. MAI University is rapidly developing, successfully responding to the challenges of time and firmly holding the leadership in its field.
