MAI graduate appointed Minister of physical culture and sports of the Republic of Komi

On October 20, Vitaly Savilov, graduate of the Moscow Aviation Institute, was appointed Minister of physical culture and sports of the Komi Republic.

Vitaly Savilov was born on May 10, 1980 in Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region. In 2003 he graduated from MAI with degree in Aircraft Control Systems.

In 2003-2004, he was leading expert in the Department for retail promotion of JSC " AKB "Probusinessbank", in 2005-2009 he was commercial Director of LLC " Katok.Ru", in 2010 — Commercial Director of LLC "Snow city", Commercial Director of NP "Non-Professional Hockey League". In 2010-2014 Head of the object in the ANO "Sochi 2014 Committee". In 2014 — employee of the office of the adviser to the Governor of the Moscow region, in 2015-2017. — Deputy Head of the administration of the Odintsovo district for culture, youth policy, physical culture, sports and tourism, in 2017-2018 — Head of the Department in the ANO "Organizing Committee" Russia-2018″. Since 2019 he was the first Deputy President of the Russian Luge Federation.
