MAI Launched the School of Customer Support and Services in Aviation Industry
On December 3, the first module of School of Customer Support and Services in Aviation Industry was launched at Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University). Representatives of the United Engine Corporation, Russian Helicopters, Technodynamics companies as well as MAI staff and students took part in the School’s program.
The opening of MAI School of Customer Support and Services in Aviation Industry was attended by Dmitry Kaysin, Head of Directorate for Advanced Educational Programs, Andrey Patrakov, Director of High Tech Product Services Center, and Julia Sargsyan, Head of the Service School program.
Within the framework of the first module “The Situation in Customer Support and Services in Aviation Industry”, participants analyze the current situation, the structure of the service and after-sales system in their organizations, as well as in world leading companies.
On the first day of the module, lectures and keynote speeches were delivered by MAI Rector Mikhail Pogosyan and the main expert of the program Giovanni Simonetti, Professor of French Civil Aviation University ENAC. The first module lasted five days and closed with a presentation of proposals and work plans for the development of the service and after-sales system, which participants presented to experts.
Dmitry Kaysin: “This is a unique program not only for MAI, but for the entire Russian market. For the first time, leading world and Russian experts have gathered together at one educational site to solve one of the most pressing tasks of the Russian aircraft industry. We are confident that the joint training of employees of all leading aviation holdings in Russia will allow us to develop solutions that will ensure strategic goals for the development of the industry.”
The five-day module of the School "The Situation in After-Sales Support and Services of Russian Aircraft Industry" continues the set of activities of MAI Directorate for Advanced Educational Programs, aimed at creating new approaches to training the personnel reserve of university partner companies.
Recall, that in September-October, 2019, Moscow Aviation Institute held a series of sessions on quality management and product certification in international markets for the top management of Russian Helicopters holding. On November 1, finished the project session “Implementation of the Stage-Gate Software Control Methodology in the National Technological Initiative using the example of AeroNet”, which was ordered by the Russian venture company. And in early November, a strategic session on the digital transformation of NPO Energomash was held.
