Game Tournament Was Held in MAI

On June 7, 2019, the Student Cultural Centre of MAI hosted a game tournament which included eSports (FIFA 2018 and Mortal Kombat XL), chess and many other board games.  

14 international students of MAI took part in the tournament. They were given some time to practise before the official tournament was announced.

“It was a great night, we really enjoyed it and the atmosphere was just awesome hence a great way to end the week indeed,”- said Sheran Bhattacharya, student of the Spacecraft Engineering program.

The winner of the Mortal Kombat XL game became Vladimir Grishchenko. Other winners will be announced later due to the fact that some rounds of the games have not been completed.

The tournament is meant to bring students together and get everyone off their books for a while during the midterms, let them have a great time, refresh and relax.
