MAI Students Said Goodbye to Winter at the Maslenitsa Festival

At noon of March 7, 2019, MAI students and staff of all ages gathered at the Main Square of the university to celebrate the end of winter together and enjoy the delicious hot pancakes.The holiday, organized by the Directorate for Youth Policy of MAI, had many interactive sites where everyone could find something to do: it was a tug of war, run in a bag and many other mobile entertainment. During the festive program, MAI students were able to get acquainted with the history and traditions of this wonderful national holiday.Also, at the Maslenitsa Festival many contests were held, the winners of which received pleasant prizes.
