MAI entered THE Rankings 2019 and appeared in the top 25 Russian universities
On January 15, 2019, the Times Higher Education (THE) British magazine published the annual ranking Emerging Economies University Rankings, in which Moscow Aviation Institute was included for the first time. It has been selected among the top 400 universities in the world, and among the Russian universities listed in the top 25.
The Times Higher Education World University Rankings has included MAI into the number of the best universities in the world three times recently. In September 2018, MAI was included in the overall rating, and in November 2018, - in the rating of the best engineering universities. These achievements are the result of numerous positive changes taking place at the university. MAI annually increases the volume of research work, grows the number of international students, establishes new joint educational programs with leading world universities.
