Aerospace Science Week 2019
From November 18 to 22, 2019, the VI International Week of Aerospace Technologies "Aerospace Science Week" will be held at Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the university foundation. 

Heads of leading corporations in the aerospace and related industries, experts from specialized ministries and business communities, as well as scientists and young engineers from Russia and other countries will discuss the challenges and prospects in the field of high technology. Registration is open.

The key event of the Aerospace Science Week will be the plenary session “The Use of Artificial Intelligence for Solving the Problems of the Aerospace Industry”, which will be held on November 19, at the MAI Cultural Center. The event will be attended by representatives of the Russian Helicopters holding company, the United Aircraft Corporation, PAO NPO Energomash, Siemens Industries Software, as well as invited Russian and foreign scientists. Permanent expert of the plenary session is Rector of Moscow Aviation Institute, Head of Council on the Priority of Scientific and Technological Development of Russia “Territorial Connectivity”, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Mikhail Pogosyan.

Also, the Aerospace Science Week program will include lectures on trend areas of aircraft engineering and information technology, which will be read for students by leading experts of  United Aircraft Corporation and Rostelecom.

The Aerospace Science Week scientific program also includes a competition of scientific and technical works “Youth and the Future” and the International Conference “Aviation and Cosmonautics”, in the framework of which a separate session will be held with foreign speakers.

The International Week of Aerospace Technologies will end with a film representation as part of the Festival of Contemporary Scientific Cinema.
