18th International Conference "Aviation and Cosmonautics"

From November 18 to 22, 2019, within the framework of the VI International Aerospace Science Week, Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) will organize the 18th International Conference “Aviation and Cosmonautics”, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the university.
The purpose of the conference is to expand the methods and tools of scientific interaction, identify new scientific and technical results in the field of aviation and astronautics, identify new “growth points” and breakthrough digital technologies for industrial development.
Subject areas of the Conference:
- aviation systems;
- aviation and rocket engines and power installations;
- control systems, informatics and power engineering;
- rocket and space systems;
- information and telecommunication technology of aviation, rocket and space systems;
- robotics, intelligent systems and aircraft armament;
- mathematical methods in aerospace science and technology;
- new materials and production technology in the field of aviation, rocket and space technology;
- economics and management at enterprises of aerospace complexes.
For participation in the conference you should register at the conference website aik.mai.ru and create an ID.
Formats of participation in the conference:

personal participation (with report and publication);
-
as a listener (without report and publication);
-
absentee participation (publication only).
To participate with the report and for publication, it is necessary to issue an expert opinion on the possibility of open publication.
Abstracts from 1,500 to 2,500 characters, including spaces, without title, authors' names and organization names must be prepared in Russian or English and sent via electronic form in the application form for participation on the conference website.
Notes
One participant can submit only one application for participation and make only one report, while being a co-author of no more than three other reports.
A co-author participating in the conference and not making a report also fills out an application for participation in the conference, indicating the form of participation as a listener.
In one report, no more than 4 co-authors are allowed. A co-author who has not submitted an application and has not paid the registration fee is not a participant of the conference.
The participation of students is provided only as co-authors of reports.
Publication of abstracts
Based on the results of the conference, a collection of abstracts is published in English and Russian (including assignment of ISBN, UDC and BBK codes, mailing to libraries, registration in the Russian Book Chamber), and the collection is also posted in the RSCI system.
The best reports will be published in the “List of Leading Peer-reviewed Scientific Journals and Publications” by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
Publication Scopus
Conference participants have the opportunity to publish their materials in a special issue of the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering. The number of publications is limited. The cost of publication * is $190 or $100 for the first 20 reports submitted, if foreign representatives are present as the co-authors.
Registration Fee
Participants from Russia and the CIS countries - 4,000 rubles
MAI employees, MAI graduate students, graduate students of other universities - 1,000 rubles
Foreign participants - $100 **
* The cost of publishing Scopus is not included in the registration fee and is paid separately.
** Payment in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment. For foreign citizens, sending an invitation to apply for a visa is not included in the cost of the registration fee and is carried out at the expense of the participants.
If payment cannot be made within the specified period, a letter of guarantee must be sent to the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee does not guarantee the inclusion of reports in the abstract collection when applying and paying the registration fee after October 21, 2019.
