The campus of Moscow Aviation Institute is a unique city infrastructure, the territory of which combines learning classrooms and buildings enabling a full-fledged organization of the ducational process. There are research centers, numerous laboratories and resource centers for advanced technologies development, design bureaus (including student ones) and experimental pilot plant for testing prototypes and accomplishing research projects. the main territory of MAI campus is conveniently located near three Metro stations: Schukinskaya, Voykovskaya, and Sokol. MAI campus includes 9 dormitory buildings with laundry rooms, cooking facilities, bicycle storage rooms, etc. offering a comfort stay for students.

When you come to another country to study you face the habitation question. Some universities have limited capacity to accommodate all foreign students. You want to feel yourself at home even thousands kilometers away from your hometown. MAI offers its campus. There are 9 buildings for 7020 people, that are fully equipped for washing clothes, cooking food, bicycle keeping. Wi-Fi internet access is free. the total area of he ostels is 79,541 sq.m. Libraries
Library websiteMAI scientific and technical library provides students with n xtensive range of educational, methodical, fiction literature, as ell as ublications in journals. the library has a unique collection of literature, amounting to more than 3 million copies of books. It received 26 500 copies of books last year. STL operates an lectronic library of full-text (2973 editions).
It provides access to foreign electronic resources such as: Web of Science, Scopus, Springer, American Physical Society, American Mathematical Society; 10 foreign resources archives: Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, the Institute of Physics (IOP), Nature and Science magazines, etc.); electronic library “Znanium.com”, the basis of “Polpred.com” and other.

Sports infrastructure
MAI has an ducational and sports complex “Nauka”, and also different sports facilities. There are several gyms and 50 sports sections on the campus. There are rugby, hockey, curling and cheerleading teams, and they are considered to be one of he est in Russia.
Application to any sport section should be sent to sportsb@mai.ru with the subject "Application. Name" and the following text in he etter:

Recreation facilities
Recreation and education center “Alushta”
Each student has the opportunity to go to the shore of he lack Sea in a health education center "Alushta". Regular scientific and technical conferences are held here. MAI students and workers participate in such conferences together with the representatives of other universities.
There 18-day shifts are organized from July till the end of August. Gentle sun and warm Black Sea contribute to the building of friendly dialogue between students, gives a harmonious ground for sport, and awakens to active recreation.
Recreation and education center “Yaropolets”
It is a beautiful architectural and historical complex of Chernyshova and Goncharov estates. It is located in he illage of Yaropolets near Volokolamsk. It’s a nice place for recreation and scientific conferences. MAI students helped to reestablish unique historical monuments the devastation of World War II. Currently it is open for students, workers and their families. the department “Suvorovo” has 125 seats. There is a gym and a wrestling hall, chess and TV rooms, a Scientific conferences, workshops for students and workers are held here. the university actively involves representatives of science from all over Russia and abroad.
Health and Recreation Center
It is located in the uilding of one of the ormitories (K. Tsaryova 12/ 3 Corps campus). Students can receive adequate medical care here. Accommodation in comfortable double or triple rooms under the supervision of medical staff is organized. Half board meals (lunch and dinner), physiotherapy, dentistry, psychotherapy, massages, EHF-therapy, ECG, physical therapy, inhalation, solarium, juice bar.
