The program will introduce students to all major processes of product lifecycle management and will give them an opportunity to learn basic techniques and tools of each of them. One of the key components of
the program is the development of theoretical knowledge about methods and tools of system lifecycle management into a real customer project to prepare its transition to the next gate.
The program will introduce students to the most successful methods and tools of the engineering project management. As a result, the students will learn the ways to optimize financial, time and organizational resources required for product development and launch of its production.
Engineering projects management
Stage gate approach to realization of engineering projects
Program management and enterprise organizational structure
The program is designed for system personnel training in order to demonstrate the techniques and tools to improve production efficiency for its further practical implementations in departments with the aim of
improving the Production System. The program consists of thematic units and a qualifying project realization. At the end of each unit, students present the status of the qualifying
project realization and jointly analyze the work done and plan further steps.
Each program is designed for immersion into advanced engineering technology. Students will learn technology from the point of view of technology core description; its use and future development, as well as the changes that technology brings in development and manufacturing process.
The program involves improving the experts' competence, whose task is to work with technology as a product; which means promotion of technology onto the
market with a view to its commercialization and technological solutions of the organization’s tasks.
Open Innovation: theory and practice of modern business reality
Technological brokerage: basic methods and tools for commercialization of knowledge and skills
100 hours 3 months
Combined: full-time modules + online courses 3 modules 2-3 days each
The program will introduce students to the methods of economic evaluation and selection of technically feasible engineering projects. Upon completion of the program the students will obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the following areas:
justification of a new project;
economical monitoring of operating equipment and technological lines;
optimal replacement of old equipment and/or technologies;
measurement of economic characteristics of complex technical products, systems, objects;
process methods of cost control and their application;
economic characteristics modeling of a product.
Economic indicators management in design, manufacture and operation of the complex engineering facilities and products
